Definition:
Number of people with an active account in your learning system(s)
Purpose:
Check for large fluctiations in the audiences. Also to understand if other metrics could be impacted (positively or negatively) by significant changes in the number of employees.
Definition:
% of active learners who have completed at least 1 training in the month or year (=total)
Purpose
: Understand if you are reaching your audience. Especially for specific groups in the organization and specific topics, this chart is a powerfull indicator on "how far to still go" with specific learning efforts.
Definition:
Average evaluation score per program based on feedback from participants who completed the program.
Pupose: Monitor the evaluation scores over time and zoom in on particular subjects or training providers to better understand the quality of the programs and take action when that quality drops below the minimum value.
Definition:
Total learning hours recorded (per month).
Purpose:
Track total learning hours generated over time to be able to track against targets or previous year
Definition:
Average learning hours per active learner.
Purpose
: track average hours per learner recorded vs target or the previous year.
Definition:
Total learning hours recorded per subject, skill, or taxonomay (depending on data available).
Pupose:
Monitor if the priority and/or strategic skills are indeed the top skills in the list

Total investment in new learning programs launched during the year by subject.
Purpose:
Understand investments in learning are made in the area's of strategic skills
Definition:
% of training active objects that have at least 1 completion recorded in the past 12 months.
Purpose
: Track how well the learning portfolio is used and identify potential area's for expansion or reduction of learning programs
Definition:
Number of active objects in the catalogue per delivery method.
Pupose:
Track the portfolio mix and monitor if your portfolio has the right balance of delivery methods.
